Refund Policy
Effective date: June 16, 2026
1. When you're eligible
Aletha Codex is a digital product delivered instantly — your license key and download appear on screen the moment your payment completes. We don't offer no-questions-asked refunds, but we'll make it right in genuine cases. Within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund if: (a) the app won't install or run on a supported Mac (Apple Silicon, macOS 12 or newer) and our support team is unable to resolve it with you; or (b) you made an honest accidental or duplicate purchase and have not yet activated the license.
2. Contact support first
Before requesting a refund, email support@alethacodex.com from your purchase email and describe the problem. Most issues are quick installation fixes we can walk you through — if we genuinely can't get it working, we'll refund you.
3. What isn't covered
Requests with no described, verifiable problem aren't eligible — for example "changed my mind" or "found it cheaper" — because the Software is fully functional and delivered as described. Buying on the wrong Mac is usually resolved with a free license transfer (email support), not a refund.
4. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
5. After a refund
Because the Software runs offline and its license cannot be remotely disabled, on refund you must stop using and delete all copies. Continued use after a refund is a license violation.
