Refunds

Effective date: October 28, 2026

If Aletha Codex isn't right for you, email me at alethacodex@gmail.com within 30 days of buying it and I'll refund you in full. You don't need a reason, proof or a form.

I'm Roland, and I built this myself. I'd rather give your money back than have you stuck with something you don't want.

Refunds go back to your original card through Stripe and usually show up in 5 to 10 business days. After a refund, please delete the app.

If something isn't working, tell me anyway. Most problems are a quick fix, and I'd like the chance to make it right.
